By joining Recrear and attending the conference, you will enter Recrear’s network of students and young professionals passionate about youth-led community development.
There are different ways of getting involved with Recrear after the conference. Recrear’s main decisions are taken by our board of directors and we also receive guidance from our advisors. Our day to day is managed by volunteer staff organized in three teams: Organizational Development, Research and Community Engagement. Last but not least, our members engage with virtual activities, campaigns and also have opportunities to engage with us in projects.

Schedule a quick Skype Interview: If we think you would be a good match for us, you will receive an email from our recruiting team within 10 days of receiving your application and you will be scheduled for a quick Skype interview. The interview is more of a chat to get to know who you are and to introduce our organization. Don’t feel obligated to dress up with a tie for your skype interview (one of our very own did!). We will not ask you to put on your camera, and ties generally may not impress us anyways.
Join our team: You will hear from us within a week of your interview. You will be required to pay a deposit of CAD 300 to confirm your participation.
