Experience self-empowerment first hand! We kick off our youth training conference with a focus on Magnifying the individual. In a 4-day personal development course we will become closer as a team, discuss research as a transformational process and share tools that allow us to exercise stress management in our lives and work.
Training on Recrear’s youth-research model
Recrear develops participatory research projects acting as an echo chamber to amplify young people’s ideas and visions. Get trained on the A to Z of our research model. During Magnify we will discuss designing research processes, asking the right questions, facilitating workshops and compiling research data.
Every participant brings experience on their community and local context. The conference will provide plenty of space for us to share our knowledge and perspective. Participants with a niche area of expertise are invited to deliver a session to help enrich our conversation and training along side a range of speakers from civil society.
We offer free fundraising consulting sessions.

How does the application process work?
Submit your application: You can apply to join Recrear at Magnify 2016 in Medellin Here. The deadline to apply for early bird fees is April 4th, 2016.
Schedule a quick Skype Interview: If we think you would be a good match for us, you will receive an email from our recruiting team within 10 days from your application and you will be scheduled for a quick Skype interview. The interview is more of a chat to get to know who you are and to introduce our organization. Don’t be silly and dress up with a tie for your Skype interview (one of our very own did!).
