‘What Moves Movements?’ was a cooperative inquiry with movement organisations in the UK. Recrear was brought in by the Lankelly Chase Foundation (LCF) to design and accompany a 5-month cooperative inquiry with 8 movement organisations to explore how to attend to the relationship between movement organisations and donors. The inquiry happened to unfold just as the fund took a decision to transition towards closure. These turning tides made for a deeply moving learning series, the insights of which, and accompanying tools, we compiled in the interactive publication ‘What Moves Movements: An inquiry into the power of words and silence in navigating uncertainty’.
