This year’s annual conference is off to a running start as the 14 youth ambassadors just completed their first course of two at the Art of Living Foundation’s North American Ashram. Today the team begins the next course, YES++, which is more advanced breathing and meditation techniques. The next three days will also be spent in silence as we spend times getting to know our true selves and completing our daily Seva, or service. All of this is done as we pass the halfway mark of Week 1: MAGNIFY the INDIVIDUAL.
